Summary: Minor graphical bug

Initial Comment:
There is a very large status button at the bottom of
the buddy list. When the bottom of the buddy list
window is along the bottom of my display clicking on
the status button reveals a large section of empty
space and all the relevant tasks below it (offscreen).
If I scroll the mouse downward the relevant tasks move
into the empty space and then there is no problem.
Also, if the window is not touching the floor of my
display (and is approximately the same distance away as
the height of the blank space) then the relevant
actions display fine and there is no problem.

Yep, this sucks. But i noticed it happens in every gtk
