Summary: Tooltips do not disappear when switching apps

Initial Comment:
This is something that has bugged me about Gaim for a
long time, but I never submitted a bug report.

When I double-click a contact to open a conversation,
and the conversation window overlaps the buddy list, a
tooltip with the buddy's info pops up, and DOES NOT GO
AWAY, even when I switch applications. I have to switch
back to Gaim and mouse over the buddy list to make it
go away.

I've seen this on Win2k and WinXP on multiple machines.

Very annoying.

This is not a Gaim bug, but a bug in GTK+, the widget toolkit
used by Gaim. Your bug is being moved to our "gtk bugs" tracker,
where it will be grouped with similar bugs. When we know a gtk
bug number for this issue, your group number will reflect it.
