Summary: Tooltips do not go away

Initial Comment:
When you mouse over a hyperlink in the Gaim window, the
tooltip displays itself. Then you click, and focus
moves to a browser window to open the link.

The tooltip, however, does not go away and stays on
your screen regardless of what window has focus.

It only goes away once you open the Gaim window and
move your mouse in there.

This is annoying.

The is an existing GTK bug, don't directly report bugs to
the GTK bugtracker, we (gaim developers) will do it if

Click it, and the convo window pops back up again and the
tooltip disappears :)

I assume you are in Windows? Tooltip malfunctions are
reported to be GTK+ for Windows bugs... (as it seems are all
the other stupid visual problems in Win32 gaim...) which
means they're out of direct control of the gaim team unless
someone volunteered to actually go repair GTK+ (and the gaim
development team is mostly Linux users I think).
