Summary: maximize/restore button on Login window

Initial Comment:
At the Login window, the Maximize/Restore button at the
titlebar actually does something, even tho it
shouldn't. If the Login window is intended to be
static (not resizable), then it should be disabled.

This would be a GTK bug. The window is created and set to be
non-resizable, so it should automatically not have the
maximize functionality enabled.
