Summary: Chat window not respecting Taskbar position

Initial Comment:
If you open a new chat window, it always positions at
the upper-left corner of the screen, even if you have
repositioned the Windows Taskbar to the left or top of
the screen.

The only way to move it to see the window bar is to
either hide/move the taskbar, or pull on the resize handle.

This is under Windows 2K, I have not tried it with
other Windows yet.

I have the same problem (and have had the same problem since
1.0.2 or maybe earlier) with a third party taskbar kept at
the top of my screen - also under win2k. Earlier versions of
GAIM played fine with the taskbar.
