Summary: buddy detail screen artifacting

Initial Comment:
Using GAIM 1.4.x under Windows XP. If you start typing
a message and then switch to another active window, the
GAIM client consistently leaves a nice 'reminder' in
the middle of your screen. This reminder is the same
popup seen when hovering the mouse over a buddy's name
in the GAIM client. See the attached screen capture.

This is not a Gaim bug, but a bug in GTK+, the widget toolkit
used by Gaim. Your bug is being moved to our "gtk bugs" tracker,
where it will be grouped with similar bugs. When we know a gtk
bug number for this issue, your group number will reflect it.
