Summary: Minor: Scroll bar will not depress when clicked

Initial Comment:
Usually on windows when the main part of a scroll bar
is clicked it depresses; in this case it does not.

I believe this is handled by GTK+? If so, I am running
2.6.10 rev a.

OS: Windows XP Pro SP2
