Summary: Conversation window position

Initial Comment:
This is more a feature request than a bug.

A new conversation window position itself at the upper
left corner (0,0). When your windows taskbar is
located at the top, part of the conversation window
(title bar) is hidden under the taskbar, so it's not
possible (easily) to move the conversation window,
unless you know the keyboard shortcuts (<alt>+<space
bar>+<m>, <cursors>).

The application should store the last position of the
window, be aware of the location of the windows taskbar
or at least center itself on the screen.

I created a plugin that acts as a workaround to this GTK bug.
It is posted in the Plugins Tracker:

Just notice bug #1109125. Seems like the same problem.
