Summary: Tool tip for buddy always on top

Initial Comment:
Not sure exactly how to reproduce this, but it happens
daily. There will be a tooltip icon representation of a
buddy on top of any window on the desktop. Trying to
clarify here....There just one buddy tool tip icon but
it will be on top of any window, even a new application
that is started. It's as if the always on top option is
set. The only way to get it to go away is to get gaim
to the top of the window z order and hover over the
buddy with the mouse.

Here's one way I just found to make it happen.... Hover
over a buddy. Once the tool tip icon pops up. Right
mouse click to bring up a context menu too. If the
tooltip remains (it doesn't happen every time) then
move the mouse away from the area and click another
window to bring it to the top of the z order. The tool
tip will now be over this window and any other window
that is brought to the top of the z.

This must happen under some odd timing when it occurs
during the day..... I know it's an odd case to
reproduce this. It's not what I do normally. It just
shows what I'm talking about.

This is not a Gaim bug, but a bug in GTK+, the widget toolkit
used by Gaim. Your bug is being moved to our "gtk bugs"
tracker, where it will be grouped with similar bugs.
