Summary: Buddy List Tooltip Bug

Initial Comment:
When I hover over a name in the Buddy List the tooltip
shows me information about that buddy. However, if I
leave that window and click on another window to make
it gain the focus, the tooltip will not go away until I
make the Buddy list get the focus again. I have the
tooltip delay down to 25 ms and still have problems.

It is as if the tooltip timer stops decrementing when
the Buddy List window loses focus.

It is annoying to have the tooltip in overlaying a
window that I am trying to look at.

Thank you.

as a work around, edit your prefs.xml and change the tooltip
delay to 0
