Summary: win32 dialogues in top-left corner; hidden under task-bar

Initial Comment:
My task-bar is at the top of the screen. When I message 
somebody and the window opens, it's always hidden under 
my task-bar. If I move the window, close and reopen it 
again, the position isn't restored :( I'd like to have 
that feature again and let the position being set by 
windows (so windows are spread over my screen

This is not a Gaim bug, but a bug in GTK+, the widget toolkit
used by Gaim.  Your bug is being moved to our "gtk bugs" tracker,
where it will be grouped with similar bugs.  When we know a gtk
