Summary: floating names in buddy list

Initial Comment:

In windows version of gaim, sometimes when you move
the mouse over a buddy and away from it, that
particular screen name gets "struck" floating there
even when gaim is minimised to the system tray.

You will have to move back to the buddy list over the
name to make it disappear again. It seems to occur very
randomly and I am not able to reproduce the behaviour
with any specific patterns.

I would try and get a screenshot next time

Ok. that worked. I guess I will have to wait for the gtk bug
to be fixed for this to work correctly in gaim

as a work around, edit prefs.xml in a text editor, find the
tooltip delay, and change it to 0.
