Summary: GAIM 0.82.1 systray icon stays, on right click

Initial Comment:
On GAIM 0.82.1, when the system tray icon is right 
clicked, the menu comes up. When mouse is clicked on 
anywhere else, the menu doesn't fade/disappear. It 
STAYS on the screen waiting for something on the menu 
to be clicked/selected.

System specs summary:
-Using Windows XP SP1
-P4 2.8 Ghz
-256 RAM
-120 GB HD, 86 GB free space
-on-board SiS 650 Display adapter

Environment summary:
-Windows classic folder enabled
-Classic start menu enabled
-Desktop appearance set to 'Windows classic style'
-1024x768 display on 32 Bit, 96 DPI resolution, 60 Hz 
refresh rate, full hardware acceleration
