Initial Comment:
I have 9 sales people all in the same office. Two are not working. I can login 
to aim accounts with their screen name and passwords but not through. Added 
port 5190 to symantec desktop firewall to help. Not corporate firewall because 
everyone else is working!! I upgraded to latest version with no luck. Why can't 
these users login through GAIM?
