I'm interested to add labels to tool such as shown on usegalaxy.org for
example for the tool hifive
<https://usegalaxy.org/tool_runner?tool_id=toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu%2Frepos%2Fsauria%2Fhifive%2Fhifive%2F0.1.0>.
How can I add these labels.
