I've only used SGE and TORQUE PBS.  Our Main site runs TORQUE/Maui, and
there seems to be a memory leak in the pbs_python library somewhere so
the process does have to be restarted occasionally.  Other than this,
Maui and the TORQUE server require little maintenance and work well.
