Hi Roxanne.

To the first three, yes.  This was added in the most recent stable
distribution (last week), see the example script:

    history_create_history.py.

The view url for display.py is:

    http://server/api/histories

The import from library example is in:

    import_library_dataset_to_history.py.

Sharing/permissions are not yet available via the API.
