Hello,
I've been trying to configure the Gencode Partition tool on our galaxy
installation, but have not been able to find any information about what
sort of data it expects to find, and my best attempts at guessing still
lead to errors being produced. Can anyone help me with a few pointers to
the correct datafiles/format of the files?
