Dannon,

I just cloned a fresh version of galaxy-central. I create a workflow using just 
fastqc or groomer. I can run the work flow,etc. But when I publish it and try 
to run it from the published workflows page I get that error.

I think this is particular to this individual workflow (or perhaps a tool 
you're using within it).  Anything special about it, or the tools within?
