Hi Liao, The Galaxy server uses a database - SQLite by default - and this is the database that the ProFTPD configuration references. It will already exist, and its location is configured via the database_connection option in universe_wsgi.ini. If you are using the default SQLite database, you'll need to move to PostgreSQL. Please see the documentation at http://usegalaxy.org/production/ for full details on running Galaxy as a production service. --nate > > Best wishes > > Liao Ruiqi > ___________________________________________________________ > Please keep all replies on the list by using "reply all" > in your mail client.
