H.K., Are your questions related to Galaxy, or SICER? Galaxy doc is available at http://wiki.g2.bx.psu.edu/Learn. SICER doc is at http://home.gwu.edu/~wpeng/Software.htm. I don't think there is any particular doc on running SICER under Galaxy.
