Hi all, Could someone explain to me what the "Error opening galaxy.json file" logging means (set at DEBUG level so perhaps not really an error). I've seen this when my development Galaxy is running normally (here I have the logging set to show the DEBUG output) but also for the Galaxy unit tests.
