Hi Edward, Are you still working on your minimus2 wrapper? It does the basics very nicely taking FASTA files as input (hiding the conversion into AMOS format internally): http://toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/view/edward-kirton/minimus2
One minor improvement is the prefix parameters should be conditional rather than always shown (just some XML tweaking). I could do that, but where do you keep the upstream repository for your wrappers? I'm presuming these are your accounts on GitHub and BitBucket: https://bitbucket.org/eskirton & https://github.com/eskirton Also I would like to see options for setting the parameters (REFCOUNT, OVERLAP, CONSERR, MINID, MAXTRIM) for when the default values do not work. That means XML additions and some Perl wrapper work (outside my comfort zone).
