I'm looking to find out if anyone has already written tools to manage installed tools from the toolshed. E.g. something along the lines of apt-get for galaxy, where apt-get update would "update toolshed status", apt-get upgrade to upgrade all tools, and apt-get install/remove would be available for removing and adding tools.
