We have made the connection to datacache thanks to a rsync but rsync
failed to connect to datacache :
rsync rsync://datacache.galaxyproject.org
rsync: failed to connect to datacache.galaxyproject.org: Connection

rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(124)
[receiver=3.0.6]
rsync -avzP rsync://datacache.g2.bx.psu.edu/indexes/phiX .
