Hi Stefan, The data available on each Galaxy server depends on what data has been installed by the local sever admin team.
Who to contact depends on which galaxy instance you are hoping to do your science on. Ideally you will be using a galaxy instance hosted at miami.edu In which case you have to contact your local team.
