Hi Bjorn,
here's what I have:

    <collection type="list" label="CrossSample on ${input.name}"
name="output">
        <discover_datasets pattern="(?P<name>.*)"
directory="crossSampleOutputs" />
    </collection>

I tried this among other things:

    <collection type="list" label="CrossSample on ${input.name}"
name="output" format_source="input">
    </collection>

I'll try your example. Thank you!
