Hi Katherine, A good starting point is the official documentation available here https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/CloudMan/Building. It links to a few more technical README's from there. Did you go through this? Were there issues you encountered? Overall, the complete deployment is a reasonably involved process that is somewhat dependent on the infrastructure internals so it'll take some time and understanding of the process to get it done.
