Hello Christophe,
Will the tool "Graph/Display Data -> Plotting tool for multiple series
and graph types" work for you? Click on "Add new Series" and the option
for line graphing will come up.
Please let us know if you would like more assistance,
Best,
Jen

Hi,
Nucleotide distribution is much easier to read when it is drawn as lines :

instead of bars :

Is there a way to produce a line graph in http://main.g2.bx.psu.edu/ ?
Cheers
Christophe
