Dear Galaxy,
I have two ChIP reads and want to extract the regions in
between them . For example chr1:66585377-66585400 and  chr1:66585616-66585639
and now I would like to extract the region beginning from  665855401 up to
66585615.
Can I get help from Galaxy tools.

regards,
Amit
