Hi Karel,

Use the tool "Text Manipulation -> Concatenate datasets tail-to-head". This will stack datasets (two or more) to create a merged dataset.

Thanks!

Hi!

Here's a really simple question, but I somehow can't find an easy answer in
Galaxy.
I want to merge two fastq files (they contain 2 sequencing runs of the same
library, and I want to pool them).
How do I do that in Galaxy?
Thanks!

Karel
