Hi,
We have a local instance of Galaxy installed. If a user logs into their
account and uploads a file, only they can view the file in the history. Is
there any way for an Admin user to also see this history? I've set up a admin
account and added it to "admin_users" in universe_wsgi.ini, but they are unable
to view other users' history
