Hi Kanwar,
This appears to be related to your latter question, but if not, please
let us know. The "Make window" tool is a good choice for breaking up
intervals and a tools such as "Line/Word/Character count" and "Compute"
in the Text Manipulation group can compute some simple statistics on
datasets and lines of data. The tool "Join, Subtract and Group -> Group"
may also be helpful.
Best,
Jen

I have a bacterial genome which I divided into bins of 5 bp and
counted reads in each bin. Now I want to use a sliding window of say
100 bp and count the average. Is there any option in Galaxy that I can
do it I have bed file of data.
Thanks
Kanwar
