Hello Yongde,

This simply means that the datafile that you are attempting to visualize has coordinates that extend past the edge of a chromosome, a common result from certain tools. There are work-arounds to solve the problem. Would you please share your history with me and note the dataset # that is giving the error?

Best,

Hi all,

When I was trying to visualize MACS peaking calling results using UCSC browser, I encountered this error message:

Can someone help me to understand what this means?

Thanks

Yongde
