Hello Varsha,
Are you still having problem with FTP? Is the problem intermittent or
persistent?
Are you using a client and the process described in our wiki, at the
public main Galaxy site at http://usegalaxy.org?
https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Support#Loading_data
https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/FTPUpload
Please note that the server to connect to should be entered as:
"usegalaxy.org" (no quotes). Use your email address as the user name and
same passwords that you use in the web browser when making the
connection. This is functioning from testing on our side.
Best,
Jen
Galaxy team

Hi
I am a registered user of Galaxy. I am trying to load my plant species
genome (Cicer arietinum) via FTP using my registered account
[email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> and
password. However, the connection has failed several times.
Kindly help me to solve this problem
I also request you to load Cicer arietinum genome sequence in galaxy
dataset
The sequence is available http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/assembly/525138/
Thank you
Kind regards
Varsha
