Details:
To enable better usability, creating a unique menu with access to different
payment methods to choose from.
In fact it amounts to group plugins:
1) - Paypall (existing)
2) Information form for a transfer: Requires:
- BIC and IBAN of the association
- Recommendations SEPA compliance requirement.
being written (straightforward from FullCard).
3) For direct debit form ; requires :
- BIC, IBAN, the member and the association;
- Registration of RMU (required, fixed for each participant for each type
of payment option of an EMR: (donations, subscriptions, sales, ...)
- Recommendations SEPA compliance requirement.
- XML compliance forms for trade with the bank of the association. (Being
documented).
