To be honest... No idea :D
I know some instances handle several thousands of members; and for ones
that uses Galette for years, it may also contains numerous sent mails,
logs, etc.
Mine is only 4.1 MB (814 members and 4055 contributions recorded).
My test database (the only one I have on hand ^^) only have 600 members
and less than 100 contributions.
The upgrade executed without error, and the new usable characters are
properly stored.
