LinuxLogs is a logging program for Amateur Radio Operators, especially those operators who use Channelised ex PMR equipment that does not display the channel frequency and who participate in VHF/UHF FM Repeater or Simplex nets. Both VHF/UHF and HF operators are catered for with the Contest and Session logs.
LinuxLogs uses two SQLite3 database files, one for the logs ( LinuxLogs.sqlite ) and another for Reference data ( Reference.sqlite ).
Log tables are provided for CONTESTS, NETS, SESSION and STATION logs with the ability to merge Contest, Net and Session Logs into a single Station Log while still keeping individual Contest, Net and Session logs, thus allowing the Station Log to be searched for previous contacts over All types of logs. Searching within a particular log will allow for previous contacts in that log category.
Reference tables are provided for BANDS, CHANNELS, CONTACTS, CONTESTS, EQUIPMENT, NETS, QTH and REPEATERS . Channels can be recorded for individual ex PMR equipment even if there is more than one piece of equipment on the same band, with the correct frequencies displayed on screen.
