The immediate solution is to use dpkg --force-overwrite overwriting is OK it just means your icon will be the new gambas3 icon even for gambas2 files. longer term I'm not sure. The gambas3 icon file can't go anywhere else or have any other name as it is a debian standard. I'll research the options.
