It's website containing flash application, which shows the video. You need browser to open that. What you need is URL to video stream, not URL to website containing video file in some arbitrary format. If you have website containing video stream, but it's "hidden" behind some html code, it also may not work. So, try to use URL for pure/bare stream, nothing else.
