Raul speaks wise words. I can't even begin to estimate how much time has bene lost over the years I've been in this business, answering questions that are in the manual or on the web site. I tend to be a little more forgiving of people who miss things on the site, but if you have the game and are playing it without reading the manual, and then contact technical support before checking the manual for the answer to your question...*shakes head*
