Hi Ivan, As you have noticed the blobs are the fastest monsters in the game, and the hardest to kill. So when you are planning to fight one the key to success is having plenty of room to move around, back up, and out maneuver it while continuing to attack it. It also doesn't hurt to use some biomines and proximity blast mines to badly hurt the blob. The biogrenades are also good weapons to knock down it's obvious hit point advantage. Once it is injured pretty good then you can finish the job with your bolt gun, or other weapons you might be carying.
