  Indeed that is true.  you wouldn't want to rant and rave at them, rather 
politely ask if they've ever thought about accessibility with the site. 
Honey gets more then vinegar.

Also keep in mind it is not what you ask, but how you ask it. If you
email a web master or a customer service department agent be respectful
and don't come out pitching a fit. I just emailed Hazbro on obtaining
accessible documentation for their board games, special versions, and I
attempted to be as nice about as I could be. Being diplomatic is the
only way to get anywhere with these guys.
