Hi. The rain is there to reduce visability. So you can get away with a heck of allot in the rain you would not be able to do otherwise. So take advantage of a rain storm when it shows up. You can escape enemies, move in quick and take them out, or engage your main objectives while the enemies are blinded so to speak.
