Hi Ivan,
The Vinks golf course that I played quite often when I was young had a ball
washer at the tee of hole number one. So I added it to my game. It was
literally used to wash your golf balls. Yes you do want to use it in the game.
It will reduce your handicap from 1 to 0. You only need to use it once when
you start the game. Which is why it lands on that option at that time.
