Hi, Raul. Yes, when autopilot is on and it is with in 10 light years of the target ship it will attempt to dock with it. The only way to avoid this is to take it off autopilot before it docks, and then put it on manual pilot. Second, of all when you put Enterprise on autopilot for somewhere else it natually undocked from Defiant, or should have, so it could go wherever leaving defiant to do whatever.
