Right, the restrictions are different, but with a corporation, you don't 
make a dime, so it doesn't affect either one.
  Now getting the money back to yourself can be a bit tricky, but trust me, 
it can be done without significant expendature.  If you decide to reinvest 
it, like I'm doing, then no problem.
  If you have things set up so that you will show personal income on a 1040, 
you are making a big mistake in my opinion.
  Like I say, talk to an experienced accountant, and they can walk you 
through it all.
  If you are trying to do all this yourself, you are gonna blow some toes 
off.
