There are also people in lower wage countrys who will be paid like 5 bucks 
an hour to "gold farm."  It pretty much means they are given access to a 
player's account, and they log in and collect money all day for that player.
I wish I had an example of this somewhere, but I have yet to find a site for 
any of them.
