All sales and support e-mails are answered as quickly as possible. We try to make sure this is always within two business days, but frequently answer these sorts of inquiries even on the weekends. Please use the e-mails listed at the contact page at the web site, and not the abbreviated dracoent.com domain for correspondence. We'll be setting up some mail forwarding capability for the other domain soon, but those are not fully in place as of now. Tech Support and general game discussion should be directed to the Online Community. Only sales and licensing issues should ever be sent via e-mail, unless one of the Draconis staff have directed you to do so, in the event of working out a particularly difficult technical issue.
