Hi, Richard.
Technically, .net framework 2.0 will runn a 1.1 binary. However, since 
the installer checks for 1.1 that is the only version it will except to 
install at this current point in time.
At  some point I may be migrating to 2.0, but since I am not setup for 
it yet I am not going to risk breaking things at this point.
So if you want to play te betas and Alphas of my titles you will need 
1.1 to play them.
